Magnetic Coupled Rotary Feedthrough
- Magnetic coupled rotary feedthrough provides basic rotation and UHV compatibility without the use of bellows. The scale is laser etched on the outer magnetic sleeve in 5° increments. The product offers a practical and economical solution for rotary motion in most vacuum applications, such as viewport shutter, sample parking stage, and so on.
