Radial Distribution Sample Transfer System is designed as a sample transfer instrument for UHV system by Fermi Instruments.
RDC chamber, a UFO shaped chamber, is made of SS316, UHV compatible. It connect different systems as one piece and samples can travel freely in UHV environment and could be measured in-situ.
In this design, the transfer arm is able to achieve long linear motion by the nested three-level rails extending or retracting one by one, being the longest in the industry, which has been authorized with application invention patent(ZL: CN201510661875.0). With the pick-up mechanism attached to the end, it is able to accomplish the sample picking-up. In addition, the concise and effective design of this product pay great attention to the compatibility of different UHV experiment system, which decreases the cost as well as increases the range of applications with simplified operations.Please contact Fermi for more information.
